The second appeal hearing commenced on the 10th January and was spread over two days and there was a site visit on the second day.
The inspector started the appeal hearing from scratch and went through all the details of the planning application.
Residents, a Borough Councillor and a Parish Councillor made presentations against the development.
Many residents attended the hearing.
The Inspector ruled in favour of the developer in his report dated 15th march which is available via the BFBC Planning pages using reference 5/00452/OUT

REASON FOR HEARING Following a High Court challenge the Planning Inspectorate’s decision on this appeal dated 22 April 2016 the Court ordered that the appeal should be re-determined. The Planning Inspectorate considers that the appeal should be determined on the basis of a hearing. The Inspector would consider any relevant evidence previously submitted, unless it is expressly superseded by its originator.
